Tikona is very bad company, because this company and its employe customer care executive giving not good response. They disconnect call during call without solve the problem. This month i complaint many time in Tikona Care but they did not give good response.
By Tikona internet services i lost my big project. this project is very important for me. i complaint in Tikona for solving the problem but they solve this problem working 5 day, but this problem not solve proper i am also facing this continuously. Every next 2 day i call in customer care for regarding solving internet problem but till now no solution even they disconnect call without anything say.
